We manufacture custom-made rolling gates using proven components from EUROLOOK.
We approach each order individually, taking care of our clients, both individual and business.
Application
Rolling gates are used for high security commercial sites, where transparency is essential, such as shops, banks and museums. The gate offers a maximum area of up to 50 m² for external installation and 72 m² for internal installation.
Eurolook® Standard elements are available in transparent, matt and ventilated versions.
Eurolook®-Standard elements are crystal clear, offer 83% transparency and enable 92% daylight transmission. Because Eurolook® Standard elements are resistant to UV radiation, they do not discolour or turn yellow and remain crystal clear for many years.

Eurolook® Standard armor
It is made of synthetic polycarbonate links. These elements are built in brick formation, making it extremely secure with a maximum flexibility.
Eurolook® Standard is the only transparent facade blind in Europe that has obtained the SKG Class 3 against the strict European standards ENV 1627-1630.

Eurolook® shutters have been tested to BS 476: Part 7 (1997), respecting the spread of flame across the surface of a material, achieving the highest possible Class 1 rating. The shutter has also been awarded a Pass according to the Aerospace safety standard ABD0031 respecting smoke and toxic gas emissions.

Bottom slat
Extruded aluminium bottom slat with EPDM weather seal. Finish: Anodised aluminium as standard, powder coating available on request.
Guide channel
Extruded aluminium with a PVC weather seal. Guide channel width of 80mm or 115mm. Guide channels are either bolted onto angle or box section, or fixed directly to the opening, depending on the application. Finish: Mill aluminium finish as standard, powder coating available on request.
Motor:
SIMU tubular motor series T8:
- Located inside the roller tube, the T8 considerably reduces the total diameter of the drive axis when the curtain is rolled up
- Range of torques up to 450 Nm, in single-phase current
- To facilitate your compliance with standard EN 12453, SIMU has incorporated a safety travel limit device in the T8 motors. A third electrical contact cuts the power to the motor if the top and bottom travel limits are exceeded
